The maximum capacity is 8 persons including infants with flexible sleeping arrangements in the four bedrooms on four levels (please see the enclosed floor plan). With no one sleeping in it, the great room with its wonderful water views can be enjoyed by all. Pets are not permitted on Assateague, so we have a no pet policy.

Spinnaker offers 4 bedrooms and fantastic water views in 3 directions! View Assateague Island in the distance from the Loft porch. Enjoy the Master bedroom's private wrap-around deck. Relax on the Screened Porch while watching the kids catch crabs or swim from the boat dock. Enjoy the fabulous Great Room views whether from the French doors, genuine porthole, or bay window during the day, or cuddle up in front of the cozy fireplace on a winter weekend. Spinnaker has been nicknamed "the Thomas's English Muffin House" because of all the nooks and crannies - there's a place for everyone to do their own thing all at the same time! The kids can play a game on the dining room table, someone can watch TV in the great room, another can read a book on any of the decks or porches, someone can take an afternoon nap in their bedroom, while someone else is on the deck with their laptop keeping up with their e-mail while the others take off from the boat dock in their canoe!
